The first thing I will say about this piece is the movement. You have captured it very well, the lines flow nicely and lead you around the entire picture. It is very dynamic and has so much movement in it, despite him staying still. The detail on the clothing also, the skirt/hem of the robes in particular, is fantastic.. The shading gives nice depth and the creasing and folding on both the skirt and the upper-body is beautiful.
I do believe the face lets it down somewhat, however. The hair lacks the movement the robes boasts and appears rather static. The simplicity of the mouth and nose does not compliment well with the detail we see elsewhere. Depth and shading are both and the style in which you have coloured it works very well throughout the piece. The hands are well-drawn but I do feel he lacks something shoulders and up.
The style is a nice take on the WoW model and I recognise the pose from one of the Blood Elf male casting animations. You keep the cartoon-esque element WoW keeps and stay true to the model in sense, but I cannot help but think using one of the poses from the game took some of the originality from an otherwise very unique take on the games characters.
